Case of Art Theft

Unfortunately, I just had a case where one of my Chibi Adventure Time characters was used in the WeLoveFine Adventure Time Contest 2.
A word of advice for all of you artist out there that like to copy styles and trace:
Tracing and copying is NOT A BAD THING. You can do it. I used to, too. It's okay! That's how you learn!
BUT.
The very MOMENT that you use a traced work for something besides practice is A CRIME.
Especially if you plan on entering it into a contest that could win you cash prizes.
And let's not talk about N

Anyways, I just wanted to thank all of you for being really patient with me! I'll upload more art soon! I promise!
Though school has been taking up a lot of my time.
I've been doing 3D modeling and failing miserably and it's making me want to pull out my hair.

I'm super excited!! I'm done packing, just have to put gas in my car. We'll leave tomorrow morning for Los Angeles so we can get into our hotel, settle in, and then hit up day 0 so mom and I can pick up our badges. My mom's coming with me on day 1. sadly, I didn't get a chance to make our mom/daughter Serket Homestuck cosplays like I wanted to, but oh well.
As for cosplays, mine will be as follows:
Day 1 - Feferi Peixes from Homestuck
Day 2 - Evangelyne from Wakfu
Day 3 - GT!Lolita!Jade Harley from Homestuck
and I'm leaving Sunday.
